I haven't really been posting at all lately.. opps! we'll i've been doing okay lately.. and i'm trying to grow my hair thats whats with all the vitamins and such! && totally just realized time freakin flys like no ones business.. i mean duh but i cannot believe its been 2 yrs since my heart surgery=] i dont want to waste my time wanting to be thin!! i want to be thin now haha.. Actual Intake: B: 2 oz apple slices w/ cinnimon- - 34 calories (w/ breakfast Biotin & folic acid vit.) L: 30g cearal w/ 1/2 cup soy milk and 1/2 banana- - 155 calories (w/ lunch multi vit & calicum sup. & vit C)
Today's Planned Intake: S: Soy Protien Shake- - 130 calories D: 1/2 of whatever dinner we half- - 300-400? calories (w/ dinner flax seed oil sup. & folic acid vit.) Total: 34/719ish Out Take: Elliptical- - 30/30mins Squats- - 0/50 Abs- - 300/500 Assisted Pull-ups- - 30/30 Push-ups- - 30/30 .:& free weights:. x

I love losertown.org its cool seeing what you could do if you stick to a certian plan.. well if i eat around 700 calories a day and excerise 1-3 times a week i can be down to 110 by april 18th thats awesome.. i think i can def do this and hopefully this is acurate ya know? but who cares im excited.. i've been eating so well without even wanted to binge i have been tryin just think and do other things and not only think about food its kinda cool although i'm headed to new hampshire this weekend and wil probably be there for over a week to visit.. i'll be with all my old athlete buddys who love to weigh over 150.. but im not a division one field hockey player anymore I don't need to be a "brick house" if you will lol.. excited to be the tiny fragile one again=] and think not haveing food be my number one concern will def help!
